Our method
Osmopark is written and maintained by the Osmopark team, published by OSMOVA. A guide is only useful if you can trust it when you are driving, so we follow a few simple rules.
Official sources first
Rules, prices and deadlines come from laws and official gazettes, ministries, traffic authorities, city councils, motorway operators, airports and public transport companies. Blogs, forums, comparison sites and other websites can point us to a question, never give us an answer.
No made-up figures
A price, a fine, a deadline or a limit only appears when an official source publishes it. If nobody publishes it, we leave it out. We never estimate, round, convert or infer a figure.
A date on everything
Every guide lists its sources, the date it was published and the date its sources were checked. Guides are reviewed again at least once a year, and their update date then changes. When a rule is about to change, the guide says so with the official date.
What artificial intelligence does, and does not do
An artificial intelligence tool drafts each guide and its translations from the official pages gathered on the subject, and from those pages only: it does not search the internet on its own. It is never the source of a fact. Before publication, automated checks make sure every figure appears in the official sources and that all versions give the same figures.
Errors are corrected at the source
Despite these rules, a rule or a price can change. Every guide has a link to report a mistake. Every report is checked against the official source and the correction is published on the site.
