What makes an error report useful
Copy the page address, quote the incorrect passage and explain what differs. Add the official page or operator notice and the date you saw it. For a changed tariff, specify the parking product and conditions, so we do not replace a daily price with a booking offer that applies only to selected dates.
You do not need to send a full penalty notice, identity document, bank details or an unredacted registration plate. This is an editorial report, not a booking or appeals service. After preparing the message, check your mail application’s recipient and attachments before sending. Keep a copy of the page address and your source. There is no automatic case number or guaranteed response time; an editorial report does not stop a payment or appeal deadline.
