Cefalù: good to know before you park
Park outside the historic-centre ZTL
Cefalù’s historic centre has camera-controlled restricted access. Choose a car park outside the ZTL and continue on foot. The access windows published for 1 April to 31 October 2026 concern specified pass holders; they are not general opening hours for tourist cars. If your accommodation is inside the restricted area, arrange access with it before driving in.
Beach, station or old town?
The tourism office lists Lungomare Giardina for the seafront, accessible without entering the ZTL. Near the old town, Dafne parking is reached from Cortile Belvedere, close to Via Aldo Moro. Parcheggio Stazione is also on Via Aldo Moro and is listed as open 24 hours a day throughout the year. Seafront and Dafne prices vary by season: check the current tariff before leaving your car.
Can you park free in Cefalù?
The sources checked do not establish a free visitor car park among these options. Blue spaces are charged during the posted hours. Yellow spaces are reserved for residents or other authorised categories as indicated by the signs. Do not use a reserved bay simply because it is empty.
